The link I referred to there has links to the different types etc. You could even install <a href="http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html" rel="nofollow">XAMPP</a> and then <a href="http://www.mediawiki.org/" rel="nofollow">mediawiki</a> locally on your computer if you really wanted to (and could). Although the picture makes it a little hard to see, I use <a href="http://www.mediawiki.org/" rel="nofollow">mediawiki</a>, which is the same stuff as wikipedia.
