Thought You Might Like This

So, sometime in March I went to a few things for Writers and Readers week, which was a part of the New Zealand International Arts Festival. As well as the solo Neil Gaiman talk (which heaps of people attended), I went to Once Upon A Time, which was a talk about children’s/YA lit with Neil Gaiman and Margo Lanagan.

Podcasts

I’m starting to get into podcasts ((Partially because now that I have TinyComp I now have a computer that can run iTunes, which makes the whole thing a lot easier)). Why? I don’t really know. I just decided to throw myself into them to try things out and see if it’s a case of “not interested until I actually give it a go” – which has turned out to be the case.

An Awful Lot of Running

I’ve been listening to Chameleon Circuit for the past few days and I thought I’d share. In the tradition of Wizard Rock (Harry Potter), they do Trock (Time Lord Rock), which is Doctor Who. And they’re good! Very catchy. (Oh, and I hit 50 000 words for Lionheart. Woo.)
