1 CommentIn order to get posting on here a bit more regularly (sort of) I am taking part in a meme from Bookalicio.us: Stuff That Doesn’t Suck Saturday.
Phoebe North’s blog. Excellent reviews, wonderful posts on writing… plus she’s currently working on a YA sci fi novel set on a generation ship! Awesome!
Oh Sparkling Duet, how I heart you.
Pyre of Queens by David Hair. Indian history/mythology, great characters, a reincarnation story that uses the idea as something other than a means of “it’s true love!”and a New Zealand author!
Carpe Noctem from the (German-language) musical Tanz der Vampire.
Three words: VAMPIRE. DANCE. BATTLE.

I’ve been quite good lately. I have actually been working on Lionheart rewrites and not been too distracted by the newest of the Shiny New Ideas.
While I mostly wrote Lionheart on my computer I’ve found it easier to do rewrites on paper: I have the first draft in a PDF on the screen and the notebook either on my lap or on another part of the table. It’s quite nice to write things by hand, and I suspect it’s good to get back into the habit for when I head back to uni and have to take notes there. XD
It will be interesting when it comes time to start typing stuff up, let me tell you…
